CNC Milling
3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis simultaneous machining. Complex geometries, multi-face parts, tight tolerances.
Tolerance: ±0.01mm (standard), ±0.005mm (precision)
CNC Turning
Single and multi-axis turning. Capable of up to Ø500mm × 1000mm with live tooling for complex turned parts.
Tolerance: ±0.005mm
Wire & Sinker EDM
Wire EDM for sharp internal corners and complex contours. Sinker EDM for cavities, blind features, and textured finishes.
Tolerance: ±0.005mm (Wire), ±0.01mm (Sinker)
Precision Grinding
Surface and cylindrical grinding achieving mirror finishes. Essential for guide pillars, bushings, and precision mating surfaces.
Tolerance: ±0.002mm
Heat Treatment
Quenching, tempering, nitriding, carburizing, and cryogenic treatment. In-house hardness testing and metallurgical support.
Hardness: Up to 62 HRC
Quality Inspection
CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) inspection, surface roughness measurement, and full dimensional reports for every order.
